The aim of this research is to find out what caregivers of children with food allergy think is important when they are deciding whether their child should undergo food allergy treatment.

The results of this survey will help us to understand your preferences, and help us to develop food allergy treatments that are able to meet the needs of children with food allergy and their families.

Participation in this study involves completing a single anonymous survey that will take about 30 minutes to complete. The survey will ask you to make choices between different treatment options based on information about treatment burden, risks, outcomes and costs.

If you agree to participate in the survey you can withdraw at any time while completing the survey questions. Once you have completed the survey you will not be able to withdraw your consent because the survey is anonymous and we cannot link you to your responses to withdraw them. Completion of the survey concludes your involvement in this study.
